Breakfast was excellent, as was lunch and dinner. When travelling, the reception staff and staff in general are what makes or breaks the hospitality experience. We were thrilled with the staff, there was nothing too hard for them to arrange and they did it with graciousness. We would certainly recommend this hotel to our friends. The cooks and waiters must be happy people because the food was delicious, well presented and nourishing. Another high point for both of us was the comfort of the beds and pillows. We wanted to take them home with us! Thank you Sarovar Portico Naraina!

The experience I had at Sarovar Portico Naraina was beyond wonderful and I can't thank you enough for an unforgettable time and outstanding service. The wonderful and friendly staff greeted me with a smile and showed me to my room, which turned out to be a real oasis. However, what truly made my stay memorable was your exceptional staff. They were extremely attentive, professional and always ready to help. From the reception to the service staff, everyone was true professionals in their field. Location was good, not too far from airport. We had an early checkout , well before breakfast time, but on request, we were served a pot of coffee and a packed breakfast of fruit, fruit juice, sandwiches, cakes and cookies at 6am! This was certainly appreciated. Great staff, thank you so much.

The hotel is modern, clean, the staff is friendly and very professional. The food is excellent, the room service is fast and of high quality, the location of the hotel is excellent. The hotel is located in a quiet part of the city, the airport is close, the diplomatic quarter is also close... All employees tried to make me feel like a very welcome guest.

The rooms are clean and rather quiet despite of the central location near the street and metro station. Rajouri garden market is just a few minutes' drive away. The staff is very helpful, particularly the general manager. Would come again any time.

Ambience and decorum of the hotel is really good , breakfast was tasty and healthy housekeeping staff were so helping and kind ... Location was good metro station just nearest to the hotel check- in & check-out was so smooth would like to mention front office staff they're really nice.

Hotel Sarovar Portico Naraina is a perfect place to stay in New Delhi. It is close to the center and the airport. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful especially Sumit & Ravindra in front office. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns.
